We are looking for an independent, entrepreneurial, self-motivated individual with tremendous initiative who wants to play a significant role in the future direction and success of this dynamic and fun organization. 

As an Advertising Account Executive, you will develop and drive new strategic initiatives that will enable FetchBack to further capitalize on the estimated $20 billion (2007) online advertising market. At FetchBack, you will have the opportunity to define your own career path and create a clear course for success that is both financially and personally rewarding. Your Qualifications and Key Success Factors:

  • Solid Computer and Internet skills

  • Strong people and leadership abilities 
  • A need for autonomy and authority 
  • Knowledge of 80’s music trivia a plus 
  • A clear preference for initiating and setting your own direction •A sense of urgency 
  • A high threshold for pain (only required for company paintball outing, actual work will not cause physical harm) 
  • A desire to create change and use your voice when you have solutions 
  • A strong personality 
  • Ability to make strong coffee – in case the Starbucks franchise down the street goes under (which would also be a sign that the world is coming to an end soon, so don’t worry about the coffee thing) 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment 
  • Unafraid of change 
  • Unafraid of seeing co-workers in shorts at the office 
  • A strong conviction to personal growth and achieve goals – both inside and outside of the workplace 
  • Ability to dodge flying objects propelled from a Nerf cannon 
  • Unafraid of initiating all your own business deals from self-prospecting to negotiation and close. 
Job Requirements: 

  • Understanding of online industry terminology Internet marketing strategies, search engine marketing, online promotions, creative, and email marketing. 
  • Must have a strong ability to communicate effectively and express ideas in a well planned and documented manner. 
  • An understanding of the online advertising space. 
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills. 
  • Must be extremely organized, detailed and results oriented. 
  • An analytical mind capable of learning quickly and adaptive to change. 
  • A comprehensive understanding of MS Office and Internet technologies. 

Job Duties to include Online Ad Sales 

  • Call/email leads that you self-prospect 
  • Communicate the benefits of FetchBack product 
  • Close deals! 
  • High volume cold calling 
  • Help take care of Fido, the company mascot 
  • Participate in 80’s music trivia contests
